Our Employment Assessment Tool that candidates must complete, allows us to evaluate candidates during the on-line application process to determine if they meet our high standards. Data regarding eligibility and characteristics is captured and used to determine which candidates will continue through the process.
Our next steps include:
- Phone interview to evaluate language skills, transportation resources, shift availability, and job expectations
- Personal interview
- Spelling and grammar test
- Reference checks
All accepted applicants must pass our Basic Security Pre-Employment Training Program and any provincial training programs and licensing.
Each security guard is assigned to a client site based on the client's specific requirements and must interview with the Branch Manager and/or client representative before being assigned.
