    • Interfaces with the client's security manager on all service delivery
    • Responsible for Securitas staff - security guards and site supervisors

    Shift Supervisors

    • Supervises all security guards on their shifts

    Field Supervisors

    • Manages the field supervision and training for each District office
    • Administers continuous and on-site training for security guards
    • Manages Site quality control
    • Manages incident reports
