The Melker Schörling Scholarship offers our people the opportunity to develop professional knowledge and experience in an international setting.
Established in 1992, the Melker Schörling Scholarship was created when Melker Schörling left his position as President and CEO to become Chairman of the Board. The purpose of the scholarship is to offer international training opportunities within a specific area/topic in a country where Securitas operates.

Training doesn't end when the job begins! We are committed to continuous improvement and staff development.
Our Learning Management System (LMS) offers over 100 courses in a variety of security topics. We are able to create customized training plans for individual customers or industries.

A great team needs great support! Our local, area, and national management teams are in place every step of the way to guide and help our security staff and clients.
Our levels of support teams are:
- Client Site Support: Our client site management structure is fully adaptable to meet the specific security requirements of the business.
- District Support: The District Manager oversees all client accounts and sites within the district, taking full responsibility for local HR decisions, customer service, budget management, guard performance, and the health, safety and quality standards of all district staff.
