      We provide a range of courses on our online learning management system, as well as on-the-job training and coaching. There are many opportunities to develop, add to your skills, or even take on a role in a different part of the business. Whatever suits you, we will help you maximize your potential.

      Securitas Security Guards are equipped with specific training related to the client’s site requirements, as well as learning on specific business industry sectors such as data centres, pharmaceuticals, financial services, automotive, retail, and many others.  

      Our Learning Management System, (LMS), offers over 100 courses in a variety of security topics. We are able to create customized training plans for individual customers or industries.

      At Securitas Canada, we work closely with new Managers and above to provide a world-class new hire onboarding experience.  Existing Securitas management received customized learning solutions to further enhance their skillsets in order to foster a positive client experience.  Your Securitas learning journey begins here.
