We are pleased to announce the appointment of Darlene Dsouza as the new Vice President of People & Experience for Securitas Canada.
Darlene is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience leading people, culture, and organizational transformation across complex, multi-site environments. She is widely recognized for her strategic approach to talent management, employee experience, and leadership development, as well as her ability to align people strategies with business objectives to drive sustainable performance.
Throughout her career, Darlene has successfully partnered with executive teams to build inclusive, high-performing cultures, strengthen leadership capability, and modernize people practices. Her work has consistently focused on creating meaningful employee experiences while enabling organizations to scale, adapt, and thrive during periods of growth and change.
In her role as Vice President of People & Experience, Darlene will be responsible for leading Securitas Canada’s people and experience strategy, overseeing all aspects of human resources, workforce experience, and organizational effectiveness. She will work closely with leaders across the country to support our employees, enhance engagement, and ensure Securitas continues to be an employer of choice within the security services industry.
With her deep expertise in human capital strategy, change leadership, and employee experience design, Darlene brings a thoughtful, people-centered perspective to the Securitas leadership team. Her leadership will play a critical role in supporting our mission to help make the world a safer place by empowering our people and strengthening our culture across Canada.
