Pamela has more than 20 years of experience and expertise in Human Resources working in a variety of industries, including the security sector. Pamela has established a strong track-record for producing value-add outcomes for organizations that influences performance, maximizes talent contributions, and enables excellence in customer service delivery. Pamela is responsible for country HR leadership, including HR best practices, talent acquisition, leadership development, training, health & safety, compliance, performance management, workforce planning, labour relations, collective agreements, and change transformation.
Pamela holds a Master Degree in Leadership, a Master Degree in Adult Education/Organizational Development, and a Bachelor Degree in Sociology & Human Resources. Pamela also holds the advanced professional designation Certified Human Resources Executive (C.H.R.E.).
