Each Branch Office gives unique area-specific attention to staff and customers.
- Manages each client account and site
- Responsible for HR decisions, customer service, and budgets
- Ensures guard performance
- Responsible for Health & Safety, and Quality Control for all branch staff
- Responsible for recruiting, initial interviews, and processing candidates for final interviews
- Manages site-specific training, continuous training, and program development
- Schedules security guards for their respective shifts and ensures back-up guards are scheduled as needed
- Maintains client and staff data for payroll and billing
